4 OUT OF 5- For those who have already watched the movie, read the book please.

I consider myself lucky of not having not seen the movie. Really, I'm not the person who chooses movies over books. Especially if a movie is based on a book. "My Sister's Keeper" was a very different read for me and it's one of the stories that stay with you forever.

Jodi Pucoult has created her world with multiple voices and thoughts. The idea that every chapter is told from a different point of view, perfects this book even more. The vocabulary is smooth, each action of every character is justified and generally Picoult's story world is a world of justice. We deal with many problems which arise throughout the story.

Maybe the most amazing thing of this book is that readers live and breath inside this world and have to take sides. Readers understand every character and every opinion but unconsciously they identify themselves with only one character.

It isn't the book that will keep you on edge with each page because the end everybody supposes the end is inevitable. But mark the verb "supposes".

I can't say it's one of my favorite books, but it certainly is an one of a kind choice for people who like to puzzle over social matters and problems of ethics. It will make you think again of many choices you've made and of opinions you've shared. The underlying purpose of this book is not to narrate the story of a cancer patient but to make you realize that not everything is what it seems.

I know this song is from Archive, but I can't really explain the feelings the voice of Brian Molko creates inside me. I love Brian, I love his voice, I love his sexuality, I love the sound of Placebo! Enjoy their cover of "F** you" by  the Archive.

3 STARS- TOO ABSURD TO DIGEST

After reading some of the reviews here, I really can't stop thinking of my review. Am I the only one who found this book somehow irrational and a little silly?

Let's start from the beggining. This book was put in my to-read-list, after searching some book titles in a large bookstore. The cover caught my attention and I thought "Finally, a different and a special book I should read, because I like forbidden stories!" The summary didn't reveal an...y details about what kind of a forbidden love is this. I discovered it some time later, after I logged into my goodreads accound and searched this book. Look, I'm surely not a narrow minded person or the one who will hate someone just because I've learnt his/her sexual urges or something. Not at all. I wasn't this shocked after reading an extended summary which revealed some details of the story,so I guess I wanted to give it a try.

Before I continue with my impressions, I'd like to say that in my opinion, a book needs to be well-written to catch my eye and to encourage me to move on. As a reader, I like to read a novel with correct grammar, vocabulary and punctuation. In "Forbidden", I've noticed some expressive errors and at times the usage of poor vocabulary.

Anyways, after reading"Forbidden" I had many conflicting views. First of all, there's a strong imagery, and heart-breaking narrations. There's a well-formed outside environment which will make your heart ache every time you read about Maya's and Logan's fights with their siblings or their mother. Then, we have the love story. Inside this disaster, a love story was born between two siblings, who are actually the only true parents their family ever had. In the end, someone dies and the other one lives to protect this shattered family.

I really believe this book would be perfect if it was only about a screwed family life (sorry for my vocabulary). The love between the two siblings was unnecessary and just "too much". I think all this story is silly and at times it made me feel silly, you know like offending my intelligence.

This book was about family and how a ruined family life can lead to unnatural phenomena like incest. Just read again all the sentence. I think it's just too much for a book to accomplish.

I love reading books based on reality and maybe this is why I didn't find this book as appealing as I thought it would be. To be honest, I questioned many times myself, if I would be able of something like that, or if siblings fell in love are just victims of fate. However,it's just too absurd to me, for a reader to digest all these facts at once.

It's 5:30 in the morning and I just finished this book. I can't sleep. Seriously.

    THIS BOOK WAS E.P.I.C.

So much emotions for this book. I'll try and express myself.

First of all, I got this free ebook in exchange for my honest opinion. Thank you "Basically Books" and thank you David Estes.

Let me tell you one thing. I had my eye on this book for the last months and many times I had the chance of reading and reviewing it. I really wanted to read this book, but I never tried. Someday, "Basically Books" send me an email which informed me that "The Moon Dwellers" by David Estes, can be send out to readers. I decided, it wasn't random at all. I signed up and I DON'T REGRET IT.

I've read somewhere that this book has been voted as the first book similar to "The Hunger Games". This was something else that made me signed up for this novel. Look, maybe all this dystopian character and the Tri-realms (same as districts in THG) are similar BUT NO. I've read the Hunger games series and trust me, this book has nothing to do with these.

I'm thrilled that a male author won the bet and described from both a male and a female prespective. I think for a man to write from a woman's side is a challenge. A challenge David won it.

I loved that every chapter was told by a different angle , Adele's and Tristan's. I loved the descreptions; not boring and wordy but fast-paced and understandable. I loved the character construction. Adele, the strong heroine, true to her word and the protector of her family. Tristan, innocent and silly sometimes but a great warrior with a gentle heart and smarts. Cole, a guy who suffered so much;yet he doesn't lose his sense of humour. Tawni, a rebellious girl and a supportive friend. Elsey the youngest but so mature.

Also, the author knows how to set the atmosphere and how to create vivd images of the surroundings. The writing is smooth but strong and the grammar and vocabulary well-cared.

So... Let's move on, to my personal thoughts.

I confess, I craved for the moment when Tristan and Adele would meet! Seriosuly, I waited for so long and their official meeting was.... something I've never imagined. It was different but so beautiful.

I devoured this book. I couldn't stand than reading more and more and more! I say to you, this book is a RE-READ for me! After so many months, I finally found a book worth re-reading it!

But..the ending..? Why? Why? WHY? I needed a kiss! I needed more time with Tristan and Adele! I needed answers! Why do they feel pain when they are close? What didn't Tristan tell Adele? What's the meaning of her mom's note? Seriosuly?????? I NEED MOREEEE!!!!!!!

Don't ask me why my rating is 4 stars (actually 4.5). I'm waiting to read the sequel of the series and the last book!

This was a really good story, well-formed and vividly described. Even if I'm not into books which have a sense of impossibity, this novel was DIFFERENT. And I like difference.

So, if you haven't READ THIS! Just read it and then you won't get any sleep.. Like me!

    Great work, David Estes!

P.S I loved the name Adele.!! Is this your wife's name..? It's unique.!
